Important — this is a core only

What you receive is the steering wheel rim and hub mount, ready to accept the airbag, multifunction switches and centre trim from your existing Defender wheel. No airbag, switchgear or trim is supplied. A qualified specialist will transfer these items from your old wheel onto this new core in approximately 60 minutes.

• Sports-shape rim with flattened top and bottom for sharper sight lines and an improved driving position
• Twill-weave carbon fibre top and bottom segments — UV-stable, lacquered finish
• Black perforated leather side grips with black stitching — purpose-shaped for the 9-and-3 hand position
• Heated rim with OEM-grade wiring loom — plug-and-play with the Defender heated-wheel harness

Fitment

• Land Rover Defender L663 — 90, 110 and 130 (model years 2020 onward)
• Non-V8 variants only — V8 / Octa wheels use a different airbag and harness and are not compatible
• Direct swap onto your existing column — retains all OEM controls, paddles, airbag and cruise functionality
• Professional fitment recommended (any competent specialist can carry out the swap in approximately 60 minutes)

Why an airbag isn't supplied: the airbag is a pyrotechnic component matched and coded to your specific vehicle. Reusing your own keeps it legal, insurable and MOT-compliant. Fitting must be carried out by someone competent with airbag/SRS systems.

Why clearance? A dealer order was cancelled at short notice, leaving us with six fully completed wheels. Specification is identical to our standard BYO build, same materials, same process, same warranty. Stock is genuinely limited to 6 units. Once sold, this listing closes.
