Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our UK facility. All orders are dispatched tracked once your build is complete and quality checked.
Lead times
Lead time is the time required to prepare your order before it ships. It varies by product lane:
Custom Steering Wheels - Build Your Own: 10 to 25 working days from spec confirmation
Custom Steering Wheels - Made to Order: 10 to 15 working days from order confirmation
In Stock Items: 1 to 3 working days from order
For Build Your Own and Made to Order wheels, lead time begins when we confirm your final specification in writing, not from the date you place your order. After checkout, our team will be in touch within one business day to confirm your spec. The build clock starts at the point of confirmation.
Delivery times
Once your order is dispatched, typical delivery times by region are:
United Kingdom: Tracked next day delivery, free of charge
Europe: 3 to 5 working days via tracked international carrier
Rest of world: 5 to 10 working days via tracked international carrier
You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details the moment your order leaves our workshop.
Shipping costs
Shipping within the United Kingdom is free on all orders. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and VAT in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, are not included in the order total, and are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Mixed orders
If you order multiple items with different lead times, we can dispatch them together once the longest-lead item is ready, or in batches starting with the shortest lead time. If your order qualifies for split dispatch, we will contact you to confirm your preference after the order is placed.
Airbag shipments
Airbags are classed as dangerous goods and must be sent via an ADR-certified courier specialising in hazardous materials. If your order includes an airbag and the only available delivery method to your chosen address requires an ADR courier, please allow additional time for shipment to be arranged.
Failed delivery and abandonment
If your order is ready and you cannot take delivery immediately, contact us and we will work with you on a reasonable timeline. Custom and Made to Order wheels left without contact for an extended period are subject to our Failure to Take Delivery and Abandonment policy, set out in our Terms of Service.
Liability
We cannot be held accountable for shipping delays once an item has left our UK facility and is in the hands of the courier. If you arrange your own shipping or collection, Premium Bespoke AutoWorks cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in transit.
Seasonal delays
Christmas and national holiday periods place additional strain on logistics, and orders may be delayed as a result. Please bear this in mind when placing time-sensitive orders.
