Refund policy
We provide a full money back guarantee (excluding shipping, handling, return fees and taxes) on non-customised/ non-customer ordered items (in stock at time of purchase) that are shipped to customers if they are returned within 14 days of delivery. Failure to notify Premium Bespoke AutoWorks of any issues with your order (missing items, damaged items, wrong items) within 7 days of delivery can not be claimed for, refunded or replaced. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging and condition, undamaged. If items are not returned in this condition they will be rejected. The cost to return the item/s is the purchasers responsibility. Any and all delivery charges associated with your order are non refundable. To return you order you must contact us at sales@premiumbespokeautoworks.com. Any products returned without contacting us first will be rejected.
It is the purchasers responsibility to check that all details are correct on the sales quote and invoice such as delivery address and items requested. Any mistakes will not be liable by Premium Bespoke AutoWorks or PB Forged Wheels. Custom steering wheel order options including trims, badges, or other aesthetic details, are accurately outlined in the order form prior to production. Premium Bespoke AutoWorks will not be held liable for unflagged omissions or changes not raised by the customer during the review process. Additionally, while our products are manufacturer specific and designed for compatibility, model specific components including cores will only be supply when critical. PB Forged Wheels require a minimum 50% PRODUCTION DEPOSIT to begin an order for custom made wheels. By paying the PRODUCTION DEPOSIT the customer gives PB Forged Wheels their approval to manufacture a wheel set to the specifications outlined in their sales quote. The Customer understands the PRODUCTION DEPOSIT &/ OR PAYMENT is also NON-REFUNDABLE and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By paying the invoice, the Customer agrees NOT to initiate credit card disputes or cancel payment(s) for any reason.
PB Forged wheels & all steering wheels are customised and built for your order only and therefore all PB Forged wheels & steering wheel orders are exempt from cancellation and are non-refundable. In the case that an order is placed and Premium Bespoke AutoWorks are unable to fulfil the order due wheel core availability a refund will be processed back to the customer. Full refunds will not be offered in the event of a faulty part/s. In the instance of a fault with one or more parts of your bespoke steering wheel a replacement for the part/ parts in question will be issued before any refund (of the cost of faulty part only) is offered. Any parts ordered in specially/ specifically for a customer/ vehicle are subject to a 50% deposit and are exempt from refunds and cancellations. Any reductions on the deposit % offered is solely at management discretion, the same terms and conditions apply. Any parts not paid for that are ordered in specifically at the customers request will result in Premium Bespoke AutoWorks taking legal action to recover funds.
We recommend qualified individuals and/ or businesses install all parts or accessories purchased. Due to nature of our products, slight variances may be present and small modifications may be required for installation. Test fitting our products before the initial installation is highly recommended. All custom steering wheels are tested before dispatch and carry a 12-month warranty from date of delivery, voided only if the wheel is modified by the customer or a third party after delivery. We cannot be held liable for any problems, damage and/ or issues you may encounter during and after installation. However, if you do experience any installation issues please refer to any applicable aftercare material that accompanies your purchase. Failing that please contact us so we can diagnose the problem and offer a solution. Diagnosis is carried out remotely via photo and video evidence; Premium Bespoke AutoWorks does not operate a workshop or maintain a network of approved technicians. If the product is faulty or defective we will exchange the item or issue a replacement upon verified visual proof and a report of defective parts from a recognised garage or trades person. If insufficient evidence is supplied Premium Bespoke AutoWorks will test any/ all returned parts to ascertain any perceived faults. This does not include where you or your chosen installer has refused to do any minor modification that may be required for fitment. Premium Bespoke AutoWorks can not be held responsible for any third-party labour costs incurred by the customer in the event of part/s that require return or replacement. If the item has been damaged or altered from the original condition the item is no longer applicable for a return. Any costs incurred and associated with testing/ inspecting returned products will be deducted from any refunds agreed where Premium Bespoke AutoWorks has proven a product/ parts to be in working condition.
Any parts purchased/ exchanged between Premium Bespoke AutoWorks and/ or PB Forged Wheels must be received and inspected before any funds are made payable to the customer. Failure to send items or any items that are not as described (condition, fitment, function) will result in the item being returned to the customer and no payment being made. All exchanges/ buy-backs offered with Premium Bespoke AutoWorks and/ or PB Forged Wheels products are exclusive to the product/s in question and cannot be redeemed separately or against any other item.
Any items shipped internationally that are subject to customs clearance and/ or charges are not eligible for a refund if clearance fees have not been paid or the item is delayed in customs at the recipients location. Premium Bespoke AutoWorks can not be held liable for any delays due to customs and/ or couriers. This includes but is not limited to any additional storage or clearance charges and/ or additional documentation applicable. The purchaser is also responsible for ensuring the product/s purchased from Premium Bespoke AutoWorks and/ or PB Forged Wheels are eligible for import and usage in their territory, location, country. Any products deemed to be not suitable for import are not eligible for a refund or return.
Items damaged or lost in transit are eligible for an exchange or refund after the courier has completed their investigation as to the history of the item\s in transit. The purchaser agrees not to apply any refunds/ chargebacks during the period of investigation. If lost, any items found within this period will be sent on to the customer as per the original shipping method, where general terms and conditions apply. Customers are responsible for returning damaged items to Premium Bespoke AutoWorks. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or further damaged returns. Any shipping costs incurred for returning damaged items will not be reimbursed.
Warranty Returns – Timeframe for Return of Goods
Where a replacement item is supplied under warranty, exchange, repair, or goodwill arrangement, the original item must be returned to us within 30 business days of the date the return details (return address and/or return label) are provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the item is not returned within 30 business days, we reserve the right to take reasonable steps to recover the goods, including arranging collection. Where recovery is not possible, or the item is not returned following written notice, we reserve the right to seek recovery of the goods or the equivalent monetary value through the appropriate legal route, together with any reasonable costs incurred in doing so. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are securely packaged. Proof of postage/collection should be retained until the return is confirmed as received and processed.
Premium Bespoke AutoWorks is not liable for claims of misrepresentation based on incorrect assumptions about the product's features or aesthetic details. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications in the order form prior to production, as this serves as the final agreement.
If you receive a refund following a chargeback, card dispute or similar payment dispute, any refunded item must be returned to us within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. A refund does not entitle you to keep the item without payment. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.
Premium Bespoke AutoWorks is committed to resolving disputes amicably. However, any claims of misrepresentation or dissatisfaction must be supported by documented evidence, including the approved order form, email correspondence, and installer reports. This ensures fair resolution while protecting both parties.
