Porsche 997 to 991 or 992 steering wheel upgrade
Give your 997 a newer Porsche wheel. You do not have to go one generation at a time: your 997 can take the 991 wheel or skip straight to the latest 992 wheel. We build it to your spec and supply it complete with the airbag and a decoder fitted, so it plugs straight in and your buttons and paddles keep working.

Questions about this upgrade
Do I need coding?
No. Every upgrade is supplied with a decoder pre-fitted, so it is plug and play.
Will my buttons and paddles still work?
Yes. Your functions keep working as they do now, unless we tell you otherwise on your design proof before you pay.
Do I need to send you my wheel?
No. We supply a complete new wheel and you keep your original.
Does it fit the 997.1 and the 997.2?
Yes. The upgrade suits both 997.1 and 997.2 cars.
Do I have to go to the next generation?
No. You can skip a generation. A 997 can take the 991 wheel or go straight to the latest 992 wheel.
Can I have PDK paddles?
Yes, paddles are an option in the configurator.
