PB Forged Wheels are made from the finest industry grade 6061 Aluminium billets forged via our 10,000 tonne press machines.

At PB Forged Wheels our products are also benefit from TUV, VIA & JWL certification giving our customers complete piece of mind and a product fit for its intended purpose. Our manufacturing process results in a stronger wheel by eliminating cavities, porosity, and shrinkage.

PB Forged wheels come with a lifetime structural and 2 year finishing warranty if the conditions of our warranty have been met.

PB Forged wheels are custom made per order. This means our customers can choose from multiple machining and finishing options such as, matte, gloss, carbon fibre and brushed finishes.

PB Forged wheels are available in three collections.​

The forged collection is our entry level collection of wheels sports & luxury collection. The design philosophy behind the Forged colllection is to create stylish but functional wheels in monoblock configurations. The Forged collection is available from 18" - 26".

The Precision Forged collection is our multipiece collection of forged wheels. Designed and manufacturer with more intricacy, the Precision Collection consists of wheels that have a low rotational, mass, inertia and unsprung rating to maximise efficiency for fast road and track application. The Precision Forged collection is available from 16" - 26.​

The DYMAG collection is our most performance and luxury focused collection. In partnership with DYMAG, the design philosophy is to create the lightest possible 2 piece wheels whilst, enhancing vehicle aesthetics. The DYMAG collection is available in 19 - 23".

To place an order please contact us via email or phone where one of our friendly team members will take your vehicle details and your requirements in order to generate your quotation.

If you would like to proceed with your order all details must be confirmed and a 60% deposit is payable. Our manufacturing lead times are 4-6 weeks depending on the style and finishes chosen (not including weekends or public holidays).

Once your wheels are complete we will send you completion confirmation. Upon receipt of confirmation, the remaining 50% balance is due before we dispatch your PB Forged wheels or book you in for fitting.

Treat your PB Forged Wheels right and they will reward you with years of pleasure and service. The appearance of your PB Forged Wheels may deteriorate if neglected. The following steps will help you keep you PB Forged Wheels in great condition.

1) 2 & 3-Piece Wheels – Under no circumstances should you or anyone else loosen or remove any of the wheel assembly bolts. Doing so will automatically void the warranty on the product.

2) To keep your wheels looking like new, regular cleaning is highly recommended, and in adverse weather climates where salt or chemicals are used on the roads, it is mandatory in order to maintain the finish warranty on your wheels.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, PB Forged Wheels must deposits and full order balances required payment via invoice.

Yes, we can install your PB Forged Wheels if required. This will be at either our dedicated facility in Birmingham, West Midlands, or via mobile fitting via an additional fee.
