Steering Wheel FAQ

Do you offer fitting?

We can install your steering wheel if required. This will be at either our dedicated facility in Birmingham, West Midlands, or via mobile fitting in the UK. Please let us know if you would like installation as on option when ordering or email us at info@premiumbespokeautoworks.com for more details. We are not liable for any damage or issues caused in the installation process when installation is not carried out by the Premium Bespoke AutoWorks technicians. Please note, fitting is for steering wheels only. If paid via debit/ credit card, on arrival you must present photo ID (an in date Passport or Driving Licence) that must match the details used for payment. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled and 50% of your order total refunded. If intallation has not been selected we will send your steering wheel to the address confimred on your invoice.



Where are you based? Is collection available?

We are an online based retailer with in installtion facility in Birmingham, United kingdom. We stock brand new items in our warehouses and bespoke orders are finished in house. For these reasons collection is only available (by appointment) for customers who have ordered a bespoke steering wheel.



How long will it take for my steering wheel to be completed?

Our lead times range from 15 - 25 days and are subject to stock availailibty. If we anticipate any delays with your order we will contact you immediately. We can not be held accountable for any shipping delays once the item has left our possession and is with the courier.

Bespoke steering wheels are complex items made to order. Whilst we deliver the majority of bespoke steering wheels in 15 - 20 days, please allow up to 30 days not including weekends or public holidays for bespoke steering wheels to be completed. Any and all delays will be communicated to you at first notice.



I would like to customise a steering wheel but my make/ model (or custom options) are not listed as an option, what do I do?

If you have something else in mind other than the options listed on the product pages, or your vehicle make and model is not listed on our website/ social media please email us at info@premiumbespokeautoworks.com or message us via live chat, Instagram or WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate your request.



How can I pay for my bespoke steering wheel?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (via invoice) as well as pro forma as payment methods. Finance is also available via our partner service provided by Payl8r and carry a £50 admin fee. If you decide to purchase a steering wheel we hold in stock cash payments are accepted on collection/ installation. However, a 20% deposit must be paid to confirm your booking.



Are your products new and geniune?

All of our products are new with the exception of bespoke steering wheels. Our bespoke steering wheels are modified from OEM (original equipment manufacturer) steering wheels. All materials used to build your steering are new (subject to modification) apart from: the airbag mounting plate and steering wheel core.



Do you provide a warranty?

All steering wheels come with a 6 month parts and labour warranty when fitted by in house or by our approved partner (subject to terms and conditions).



Can you customise my existing/spare steering wheel?

Yes, we can provide in house customisation services for customers who would prefer to send their steering wheel in to us depending on the specification the customer requires. please contact us for details.
